ICR is governed by its bylaws approved by the voting members. There are two governing boards, 1) The Board of Trustees and 2) The Board of Directors
The Board of Trustees (BOT) - It is a five member board elected by voting members, serves for a three year term each and provides oversight for strategic and long-term objectives for the center. BOT carries out most of its activities through the Board of Directors, except certain activities that are specifically delegated to the Board of Trustee through provisions in ICR Bylaws.
The Board of Directors (BOD) - It is a seven member committee of which six representatives are elcted by the voting members and a 7th non-voting member as the youth representative, selected from the youth committee. BOD runs most of the ICR day to day operational activities with the exception of certain activities through provisions in ICR Bylaws.
